At the moment our procedure is as follows:
Inefficient selection process in which everyone picks several books, everyone kind of votes, and then we play it by ear because successful democracy was mathematically impossible in this situation.
Usual reading period of 1 month per book, but that's vague.
During the reading time people's comments, thoughts, background info about the book, etc., will be posted in the entry for the book.
Skype conference call discussion.
Rinse and repeat.
